• "Pizani" - 16th century Venetian - "Surnames from a 16th-Century Italian Armorial" by Coblaith Muimnech.
• "Pisani" in "Late Period Italian Women's Names" by Juliana de Luna.

French

• "Bienmerita (?) de Pisan la Christine" (apparently referring to Christine de Pisan) shows up in French in *Les Œuvres de C. Marot ... corrigées de nouveau, Volume 1* (https://books.google.com/books?id=Io-U2gmS2sgC&pg=PA307). It was published in 1615.
• A "cardinal de Pisan" - French in *Des coustumes generalles et particulieres du royaume de France ..., Volume 1* ( https://books.google.com/books?id=oCnOBCksgO0C&pg=PP601&dq="de+pisan"), published 1581.
