Consider using the first name of one of the Zen monks as a first name and either one of the single names or one of the second names as a second name with the order <first name><second name> Please do not use a full name appearing in the list itself as this is the name of a historic person. Following the date (which is usually the date of death of the person with that name) is the page number in 『鎌倉・室町人名事典』Kamakura - Muromachi Jinmei Jiten 1990 ISBN: 440401757X where the name can be found.
