Latinized form <Draganus> is found in "Italian names from Imola, 1312" (@http://www.ellipsis.cx/~liana/names/italian/imola.html), and <Dragano> is the expected vernacular. The same article also has <Dragus>, which would be <Drago> in the vernacular.
