  • Arnfast as Old Danish and Old Swedish, no dates given, per Viking Answer Lady
  • Arnfast per Sveriges medeltida personnamn (SMP, Swedish Medieval Personal names): It seems that the spelling "Arnfast" was not used in Swedish documents, but does note that it was "common in old Danish" (fda. = forndanska) The SMP lists names found on documents (not runestones) so there are few examples older than the 11th century.
