La Guide des Chemins de France by Charles Estienne, a 16th century French geography book found online. ( [[6]] )

_Mémoires: contenans l'histoire des rois Louys XI et Charles VIII_, Volume 3, with a date of 1477; since the same entry has a number of examples of <Jehan>, and <Messire>, which are not standard modern forms, I'd be happy to say that <Aurilhac> has not been modernized either. (see [[7]]).

The church records for Aurillac, dating from 1567, can be found at [[8]].
