- Used in period heraldry = BEST
- European and known in period = FINE
- Non-European and known in period = SFPP
- Not known in period = Sorry, try again

- The hoe; the plummet; the battering ram; the rudder; the winnowing fan or vannet; the plough (note correct spelling); the bellows; the pickaxe; the shovel/spade; the armillary sphere; the drawknife; the carpenter's square; the saltcellar.
